A balanced life and healthy habits in families are achieved through good communication, in the real world and in the digital. Therefore, ZOE has been developed with a focus on promoting dialogue for better digital habits, by allowing a free but age-defined access to the Internet, which is monitored by ZOE. The focus is instead on good screen content and good digital habits.
Child Safe
As parents, we have almost no knowledge about our children's digital whereabouts. ZOE’s algorithms automatically block inappropriate services based on the age of the user. If your child visits a potentially unsafe site, you will be warned via the app. This allows you to be at the forefront and ensure a good dialogue with your children about the Internet
Family Time
Trouble getting your kids attention at dinner time? Need a family break from the Internet together? With ZOE you can temporarily switch off Internet for all profiles or just the kids. Internet will not be blocked for smart devices or selected profiles, so your Alarm system, smart washer and work phone will always work.

With ZOE you can set daily time limits on online services such as YouTube and Instagram or block a service at selected times of the day, at night or during studies

Zoe is Privacy Aware
Zoe is built on the principle that the privacy of both large and small must be protected.
Zoe therefore only registers web services and applications and not the content of these services and applications. Zoe cannot read emails, text messages and other content and will never attempt to do so, to safeguard privacy. Such content is nonetheless highly encrypted. Zoe exclusively inspects which web services are accessed and how much time is spent on the respective services. Zoe only handles content in connection with the activation of 3rd party security solutions through Zoe, for example Google Safe Search, or Netflix parental control, where content is blocked and cannot be accessed to protect the child.
The data produced in connection with the family's use and Zoe data store are exclusively family's and can and will never be used for commercial purposes or shared with 3rd party companies.
